After training at the Mzilikazi Art and Craft Centre in Bulawayo, Nalikuleni has exhibited her work in numerous shows in Zimbabwe and internationally in the United States and the UK. Her paintings and prints can be found in collections in the USA, Britain, Canada, Sweden, Norway and Holland. She now makes her home in South Africa.

Located in southern Malawi, the Mission houses the KuNgoni Centre of Culture and Art, founded in 1976 by Father Claude Boucher Chisale, a Catholic priest originally from Quebec, Canada. The centre promotes and preserves Malawian culture. The carving centre there supports over 100 carvers.
